How nice that your eye fell on something! Yes, it is certainly possible to customize certain jewelry. This applies to jewelry that contains smileys or that a certain color combination has been used. When do I receive my order?
This completely depends on the country where the package has to go. I make sure that I post an order within two working days and then it is up to PostNl. If you want to know exactly what the shipping time is per country, you can see it at the checkout! Love
What is your return policy?
Because everything is made by hand, it is not possible to simply return a product. This is because the jewelry is all adjustable and so the size will not be a problem. So take a good look at the photos beforehand, because that's what they look like in real life! If you cannot see something properly or if you have any questions, you can always send them an email to thegroovycollection@gmail.com.
